Description :
PRO-telligent, LLC, a TetraTech company, was recently awarded a contract with The Department of State, Overseas Buildings Operations, Office of Construction Management (CM). We are seeking cleared Construction Managers with experience providing engineering
services
in support of construction of a new embassy compound. Individuals in this
position
will be deployed to Yekaterinburg, for a period of 12 months. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience and experience working on active construction sites. A Top Secret or interim Top Secret Clearance is required. Candidates with a Secret clearance and all other qualifications listed in the job requirements will be considered for an upgrade to Top Secret.
The Construction Manager:
Develops working knowledge of all technical requirements of projects
Provides Quality Assurance for ongoing construction projects
Reviews contractor submittals from construction management perspective.
Prepares responses to RFI questions related to construction management
Evaluates proposed submittal substitutions with construction management implications and makes recommendation to Project Director
Coordinates development of Independent Government Estimates for modifications and change orders
Reviews and evaluated design calculations and data from construction management perspective
Prepares monthly progress report summarizing project status, with emphasis on construction management
Additional international locations will be added in future task orders. If you are willing to deploy to other locations and have the minimum skills listed here, you are encouraged to apply.
Job Requirements :
This position requires the following:
Minimum of 10 years experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
Top Secret Security Clearance or clearable to the TS level
Able to deploy within 30 days of notification of client acceptance of resume
Oversees experience preferred
Professional Registration preferred
