or Underwriter. Must have brokerage (not binding) experience with middle market-larger accounts with your own agency following in TN. OR if you are an aggressive Carrier Underwriter who has agency contacts, is an out of the box thinker and wants to build your own book of business and reap the rewards. Negotiate with company underwriters, designations a plus. Must be a hungry, self-driven individual.
