This role will sit in Las Vegas/Henderson, NV and will pay a competitive W2 pay rate with benefits available.
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following:
- Work with customers and internal teams to define project scope and objectives
- Oversee Civil Engineering groups and Structural Engineering specialistings
- Determine timeframes, schedules, budget and processes for projects
- Direct internal resources and vendors in the delivery of assigned tasks
- Build and retain customer relationships, providing timely updates
- Other tasks as required
The ideal candidate will be able to prove the following:
- Professional Engineer License in the State of
nevada
or
california
preferred
- Willingness to travel across the West Coast
- Experience as a leader within a Civil/Structural Engineering firm
- Strong ability to work within tight deadlines to get projects moving
- Strong communications and leadership skills
