Job Description:
Responsibilities
Join an established and expanding team of software applications developers responsible for client?s formal engineering data management system. Design and deploy engineering-oriented business applications in our Linux-based business-to-business network primarily serving our long-term Navy Strategic Systems customer. Develop and apply web application development skills using SQL, PHP, Smarty, JQuery, and Bootstrap. Create dynamic web interfaces into manufacturing, logistics, engineering design cycle, and project management data in support of the manufacture of the Navy's Trident II MK 6 MOD1 Guidance System. Become part of our customer-focused team in designing reliable, convenient, and secure back-end access to our database systems. Use open-source methodologies to rapidly develop and deploy solutions alongside team members in our innovative and stimulating environment.
Qualifications
B.S. in
computer
Science or related discipline with 0-1 year's relevant experience. Knowledge of PHP 5 (or similar), JavaScript, and CSS required. Knowledge of PHP Smarty Templates, relational database design theory/construction, SQL, XML, and WSDL are a plus. Strong communications skills required: oral, written, and presentation. Must have the ability to attain a secret clearance
