Global, profitable, supplier to the automotive industry is looking for a Quality Engineer. This company has doubled in size over the last 12 months and is looking to bring on key talent to take them to the next level. High visibility
position
with tremendous career growth potential. Initially you will:
Champion quality for several key customer accounts.
Lead incoming, in process and final inspection.
Point person for communication with customer for any quality issues.
Develop and implement corrective action plans.
Work with customers, manufacturing, and suppliers to insure quality.
Requirements
3
years of Quality Assurance Experience
Proficient with PPAPs (Ability to drive the entire process from scratch)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hands on (Proficient using rulers, calipers, and blueprints for inspecting materials)
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Experience with ISO & TS 16949
AS or BS Engineering Degree preferred
