inspector
. If you would love to work OUTSIDE at the beach, are a self-starter, and can be available 25-35 hours a week (must have weekend availability) we want you!
Our tech inspectors ensure that our vacation rental properties have an impeccable external appearance. Duties that may be required include, but are not limited to, sweeping pool areas, wiping down pool furniture and neatly arranging, sweeping garage areas, ridding garage areas of spider webs/debris/clutter, sweeping walkways, sweeping/hosing down decks/porches/patios, cleaning grills, discarding broken pool toys/lawn chairs, and reporting areas of concern (such as landscaping needs, pool cleaning needs, excessive trash, and empty propane) to the maintenance department. Other duties as assigned.
Shifts are typically 10-5, with closer to 40 hours available during our peak months. This is not a seasonal
position
. Pay is $9/hr.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
