We have been engaged to fill several Help Desk positions in the Nashua/Manchester NH area as well as the North Shore MA area. 1-5 years of Help Desk experience in a call center setting. Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must. Experience with AD, Remote access, ticketing systems is a must. Some server experience required for the North Shore positions.
