Our customer is looking for a Program Manager to join their team. You will be instrumental in the management of partner support program and tool. You will be a key contributor to a program that is building a world class partner ecosystem critical to our customer's success.
In this role you will provide day to day support to our global partner eco-system while further developing the program to scale. Ideal candidate has program management and customer service/sales experience, thrives in semi-entrepreneurial roles, is resourceful, embraces the fast-paced work environment and solves problems creatively and with sound judgment.
Key functions will include:
Provide partner liaison
services
; own, track and/or escalate issues to ensure they are addressed, documented and resolved within SLA
Participate with management in planning , developing, and implementing program goals, establishing priorities
Provide recurring reports on activity, progress and results
Gather and manage content and business requirements to drive automation and optimization of program to scale
Drive future localization of support tool
Basic
Qualifications:
1-3 years of high volume customer service/sales experience, including 1 year program management experience. Program Management, excellent written and verbal communication, well organized, autonomous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to learn quickly and function autonomously
Genuine enthusiasm for technology, cloud computing, and Web Services
Undergraduate degree
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience working in PRM / CRM system like Salesforce
Experience working with Enterprise IT Channel programs
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
