: Parts Technician - Rock Springs, WY
About the Client:
Industry: Oil & Energy.
Specialization: Oil and natural gas compression, production and processing and power generation equipment.
Location: Global.
Responsibilities:
Provide parts support to Client's customers and shop mechanics/technicians.
Source all parts requirements for both internal & external customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Practice strong inventory control procedures.
Operate lift truck, pallet jacks and overhead crane.
Participate in on call rotation as applicable.
Comply with all company Quality, Health and Safety regulations and work procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification and
Experience:
Working knowledge of Lift Truck operation.
Knowledge of the gas compression industry an asset.
Familiar with sourcing non-stock material.
Self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Familiarity with MS Office applications.
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with all branch departments.
Must be capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
