What you'll do:
Responsible for the development of Construction Documents.
Responsibilities:
Ensure quality control on work provided by team
Provide Architectural Service drafting support as assigned
Responsible for more technical aspects of drawings
Develop complete construction document sets from Blockout using tools, processes and standards defined by National Architectural
services
(NAS) for assigned projects
Create and draw lot specific plot plans as assigned
Maintain construction documents as assigned
What you'll need:
Minimum 4-5 years CAD operations experience (specific knowledge of current version of Auto CAD Architecture preferred)
Working knowledge of AutoCAD software
General knowledge of building codes
Knowledge of residential construction techniques and construction documents
Software Skills - Word, Excel, and AutoCAD at a minimum.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
