. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Vendor Development Team. The Vendor Development Manager position is a highly visible opportunity that will use your knowledge of the business document, label, commercial print and promotional product industries to educate and train Proforma's franchise Owners plus develop our preferred vendor program.
Responsibilities: - Work with the Chief Vendor Development Officer to create and execute goals and strategies for the department. - Ensure that the Vendor Development Team is working towards achieving our goals. - Manage Vendor Development Team when Chief Vendor Development Officer is out of the office. Communication Write articles for weekly Success Digest announcements Write articles for monthly PLP Perspective Write monthly Connections newsletter Proforma

Manage vendor portion of events, everything from the registration drive to education Attend all events and manage onsite vendor activities, sessions Design floor plans and plan Vendor Showcase Sell value of events to vendors, maximize attendance and vendor exhibits, materials, plans Select and work with drayage partner for Convention needs Table signs, floor graphics and necessary components Educational session preparation and handouts Vendor Showcase booth items for Support Center Showcase Responsible for all miscellaneous Vendor Development items Prepare Vendor Development materials for shipping to each location Prepare and maintain inventory lists so onsite VD personnel can easily locate items Email invoices directly to each contact to speed up payment Data Management Maintain current information in five (5) master databases o Reformat and upload to internal site (iNET) Promo. Products Printing (6 worksheets) Contract Decorating Importing Value added

and Technology Maintain print sourcing database (separate from print master) Maintain All PLPs List and publish regularly to iNET Maintain current information in Sourcing Guide files Update Network Member List - be ready to publish on weekly basis Refresh data-heavy sections of Vendor Development section on iNET Proactively request and maintain price lists Maintain PLP email database in Active Directory Users and Computers and maintain Produce and maintain specific email groups (ie Regional Meetings, MDC invitees) Generate sales reports upon request Proactively request information and maintain Establishing Credit with MVPLPs/PLPs, Social Compliance, Product Safety and niche marketing pages Proactively request information and maintain databases: Complimentary Spec Samples, Company Store Suggestions, Quick Ship Programs, Reduced Freight Programs Preferred Vendor Program Assist with sourcing product and identifying the correct vendors to produce

based on specification such as vendor capabilities, quantity, production methods Develop relationships with preferred vendors. Market their products using e-mail blasts, exclusive specials, catalogs, newsletters and more. Also review and add suppliers to the preferred program as determined by need. Recruit vendors for trade show participation and attendance Take prospective vendor phone calls and explain process/program, answer questions Email rebate invoices directly to each contact for faster processing Add new PLP's into the system in all necessary locations and work with other departments for a smooth on boarding process Create new PLP folders, ensure all proper documentation is signed and included Requirements: - Minimum of a Bachelors degree - Minimum of four years experience in buying, selling and or sourcing promotional, printing, or similar products. (Applicants without this industry experience will not be considered). - Experience in dealing with Social Media - Proficiency on
computer

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
