Our client in the finance industry is seeking to recruit a Credit controller to join their finance department.
Responsibilities:
Extracting information from our business support system on who needs to pay
Responsible for collecting funds for the specific market
Communications with clients (email & telephone)
Update company's database with payments that have been received from our clients
Managing queries and requests from agents and schools
Keeping the
agent
's accounts clean and up-to-date
Responsible for commission payments
Managing and developing a team of up to 3 people
Skills and
Experience:
Previous experience in Credit Control
Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
Previous supervisory experience
Knowledge of a foreign language
Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English
Pleasant telephone manner
We are looking for an energetic individual with good communication skills
