Business Systems Analyst/Alpharetta Growing and exciting company has an immediate need for a Business Systems Analyst on a direct hire basis. In this role, you will own and manage the requirements process for key products at the company. You will interact and liaise with stakeholders in order to translate business needs and technical requirements between the business and dev teams. Responsibilities: - Learn company business from both business and technical points of view - Liaise between business stakeholders and development staff - Facilitate/lead the process to gather requirements (meetings with key stakeholders and SMEs, etc); customer surveys, business analysis, use cases, task and workflow analysis - Develop and document user stories, business/functional requirements/specifications, workflows, use cases, process flows, technical specifications and user interface mockups - Assist with ensuring quality of service requirements (performance, scalability, usability, security, etc.) are met - Create test data/cases to aid in the requirements analysis process and subsequent testing phases - Conduct acceptance testing to ensure business and functional requirements are met and have been interpreted correctly - Review test plans and scripts for completeness and accuracy; work with development to ensure sufficient test coverage - Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to support technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs - Provide documentation to assist Implementation and Support teams to roll out system solutions and customer training (user guides, implementation notes, release notes, etc.) Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years relevant experience - Works extremely well cross-functionally, can interact with developers and other key stakeholders, facilitate meetings, earn respect in a professional manner, meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate solutions, and bring energy to the team. - Top communication (verbal and written) - Must think strategically and see the big picture but is also highly accurate with small details - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure; work with limited direction and documentation MYK62683JREstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
