Qualifications & Responsibilities
We are seeking an Associate Creative Director with strength in art direction. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Associate Creative Director will be responsible for leading a team in developing concepts and executions for assigned brands, participating in and contributing to new business pitches, presenting layouts and storyboards. The ACD will partner with the account team as well as meet with clients to establish creative direction and approvals.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with account management and copywriters to develop creative concepts
- Manage the creative process from conception through mechanical production (development of promotional communication materials)
Participate in creative brainstorm sessions
Supervise photo sessions, illustration and procurement
Participate in client presentations to sell creative concepts
Uphold agency's creative standards while continually seeking new resources in the areas of talent, ideas, and
services
.
Implement a system of regular evaluation of work practices and procedures, including ongoing skills assessment.
