Reports to: Sr. Business Development Coordinator

Duties include:
-Manage the administrative and other support needs the business development team.
-Conduct prospect research. Submit business development shop and insights requests, build budgets and customize capabilities decks for client meetings.
-Coordinate meeting logistics and follow-ups.
-Track leads and opportunities in Salesforce.com - provide pipeline updates regularly and upon request.
-Coordinate meetings with internal strategy, product development, audience development,
community
, and marketing team members for proposal customization as needed.
-Create IO's as directed.
-Position is expected to evolve into more client facing duties as support
manager
learns Collective Bias product and process and demonstrates professionalism and self-direction.
-Implement and manage a CRM system (currently using salesforce.com), and provide support for sales and business development departments.
-Work with multiple teams to develop and implement comprehensive strategies, systems, tactics, metrics, budgets, resource requirements, and action plans to grow sales targets.
-Analyze business processes and collaborate with multiple teams to identify opportunities to streamline processes and measure results of activities.
-Develop sales support metrics and track and report on performance and productivity of the technical sales support team.
-Ensure the organization has the adequate skill sets and resources to provide exceptional support for the business development team.
-Develop and communicate strategies to management team.
-Build and maintain a collaborative environment by emphasizing teamwork.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or related field.
-Client service, BtoB sales or sales support experience a plus.
-Passion for social media and shopper marketing.
-Demonstrated attention to detail and project management experience.
-Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail (including Google drive and calendar).
-Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
