Job Description
_Principal
Responsibilities:_
Develops and recommends account level strategies for increased group participation in assigned region
Ongoing collaboration with first sale and marketing to develop growth strategies focused on increasing group participation
Subject Matter
expert
for P&C; including training and presenting sales strategies
Relay P&C; Marketing strategies across the enterprise and be a champion for eMarketing as a channel solution in Group Voluntary and Worksite Benefits
Formulate series of options for group account customers including an intranet strategy for those who have pursued/are interested in a green option
Assists GBC sales with increasing sales by developing and maintaining strong relationships within assigned region
Ability to analyze sales trends, reports and data to promote sales growth
Identifies training needs and develops and/or delivers training programs
Performs other duties as assigned or required
Job Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
5
years Property and Casualty experience including Marketing, Sales and/or Call Center
Property and Casualty License (may obtain within first 120 days of employment)
Preferred
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent and effective verbal, written and presentation skills
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
Heavy sales /customer focus and ability to coach and mentor
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
