-Performs in process and final inspection operations on microwave and RF modules utilizing a microscope for the majority of the work day. Microwave devices include mmics, resistors, diodes, caps, IC's and all bonding types (wire and ribbon) against MIL-STD 883.
Required Education: High School Degree
Required Experience & Required Skills:
-Performs visual/mechanical inspections utilizing a full range of precision tools, techniques and equipment. -Operates an automated optical inspection machine. -Assists with root cause analysis and determination of solutions. Identifies and documents defects, prepares inspection and evaluation documentation and inputs data into appropriate system. -Cross-trains and instructs other assembly and inspection positions in acceptable procedures.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
