1) Demonstrated recent (within 4 years) experience managing or performing software engineering or architectural activities on medium-to-large complex IT systems.
2) Demonstrated recent (within 4 years) experience engineering Services-Oriented Applications and Architecture.
3) Demonstrated experience with one or more of the following areas: Java, ExtJS
4.0, Linux/Unix, NoSQL Columnar Database Technologies, Windows, .NET/C#.
4) Demonstrated recent (within 4 years) experience with cloud based and virtualization technologies
5) Demonstrated experience engineering and designing software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and managing their implementation.
6) Demonstrated expert knowledge of current technology trends, potential for the application of current and emerging technology solutions to meet customer requirements.
7) Demonstrated experience and ability to troubleshoot and problem solve both technical and non-technical issues.
8) Demonstrated experience and ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
9) Demonstrated experience working with agile development team environment to include providing mentoring and guidance to other engineers.
10) Extensive experience in creating engineering and design documentation as well as producing documentation for Project Control Gates.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
