The selected candidate will serve as a member of the International Trade Compliance team (ITC) within Commercial Engines and Aftermarket (CE/A) business units reporting to the CE/A ITC Program
manager
. Responsibilities include bit are not limited to the following:
Manage Site Control Plans, Technology Control Plans, End Use Certificates, and any other controls plans;
Assist in the process of reviewing Jurisdiction Classification (JC) requests for hardware, software and technical data;
Assist in reporting of ACE site scorecard;
Coordinate P&W; International Trade Compliance requests to CE/A ITC leads and Council;
Coordinate CE/A IT systems export control shut downs and restorations;
Coordinate 2nd level export control reviews;
Assist in the development of standard work for CE/A ITC;
Coordinate with all CE/A sites on Project Compass and update/manage the monthly tracking sheet to be used to report status to the team and Sr. Management;
Other international trade compliance projects that require day to day coordination;
Coordinate with CE/A sites to track site information and ITC Focals (aka U.S. and non-U.S. BAERS)at each site;
Assist in the creation of slides for the CE/A ITC Council Meeting held twice a month;
Assist in the preparation of materials for BAER or Non US BAER trainings held multiple times a year;
Collect and maintain a CE/A ACE site database in the spreadsheet.
BS/MS in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent. 3-5 years of product knowledge experience in the aerospace industry and strong project management skills. Self-starter and ability to work with a minimum supervision.
Strong, process based, demonstrated continuous improvement and communication skill set is a must.
ACE Associate proficiency is a must.
BAER certification is preferred.
10% of travel. A candidate should be a U.S. Person.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
