Summary:
Space Systems is looking for a Contracts Administrator who will be responsible for all facets of contract administration on various military, commercial, and NASA contracts (development as well as production). Duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
Proposal preparation
Review and negotiations of contract terms & conditions
Order reviews and acknowledgments
Flow down of contract requirements and amendments
Price negotiations
Preparation of various contract agreements, including non-disclosure agreements and memoranda of agreement
Ownership of Agreements/Liscences
Change management
Property management
Accounts Receivable monitoring
Contract file maintenance
Contract close-out
EDUCATION:
BA/BS in business,or a related field of study, MBA/MS preferred.
Experience to include strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and JDE. Communication and organizational skills a must.
Strong knowledge of ITC procedures a plus.
