of Planning & Integration will be responsible for the development of the Master Program Plan and Integrated Master Schedule and the management of the planning and analysis function throughout the execution of the TUHP program. Additionally, the selected candidate will implement Sikorsky Enterprise Program Management and Industry best practices to optimize customer satisfaction and program profitability.
Direct Responsibilities will include:
1. Project Management: Perform project management leadership activities in support of overall Program execution of requirements relating milestones and contractual deliverables.
2. Resource Management: Lead program support organizations based in
connecticut
and Turkey including Program Planning & Control, and Data Management.
3. Planning: Primarily responsible for the development of the Master Program Plan (MPP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure that the program is executing per the MPP and IMS.
4. Cost and Schedule Management: Lead Program Earned Value Meetings and drive cost and schedule accountability across all program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
5. Resource Planning: Using the MPP, IMS, and program labor estimations, develop manpower analyses to drive headcount planning needs.
6. Program Planning & Control (PP&C;): Working with the PP&C; team, ensure development, maintenance and integrity of the IMS within the Primavera software.
7. Critical Path Analysis: Ensure Program critical path analysis is conducted and assess risks and opportunities to schedule
8. Simulation: Coordinate what-if scenarios and alternate planning options to mitigate risk and maximize profitability
9. Risk Analysis: Coordinate program Schedule and Cost variance projections and coordinate risk mitigation activities
10. Financial Analysis: Provide program metrics to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) to aid in the development of cost, revenue, margin, cash, investment and inventory projections.
11. Metrics: Lead the development and implementation of program operating metrics using existing Sikorsky systems and custom developed solutions via industry best practices to support the TUHP Program. Lead the deployment of Sikorsky's Contract Operating System (COS) across the TUHP platform
12. Enterprise Integration: Represent the TUHP program within the Sikorsky enterprise Sales & Operations Planning Process, Cost Council, and Strategic Sourcing activities
13. Customer Delivery Management: Coordinate the delivery/transfer of program deliverables in accordance with Sikorsky's TUHP contracts and U.S. Export Laws.
14. Enterprise Integration: Serve as the focal point on the TUHP program for the integration of program requirements and deliverables that span all functional areas of the enterprise and across locations in the United States, Poland, and Turkey.
15. Facilitation: Lead and facilitate program management and analytics reviews with both Sikorsky
executive
and Customer stakeholder groups.
16. Administration: Administer and implement program management instructions (PMI).
17.Business Acquisition: Assist in the planning and requirements for negotiations of follow-on Statements of Work.
Reporting: Report progress on a regular basis to the Program Director. Resolve internal management issues and escalate when needed.
B.S. in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology
MBA preferred
Program Management Certification preferred
BA/BS degree w/ 10
years of relevant industry and/or functional experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
MA/MS degree w/ 7
years of relevant industry and/or functional experience with increasing levels of responsibility including experience in business management, finance, program, engineering and/or program management.
Selected candidate will be an energetic, organized, and process oriented results driven leader with excellent written and presentation communication skills. Candidate will have demonstrated success in utilizing Earned Value (EV) Management, developing and managing integrated master schedules, and performing critical path and financial analysis.
Expert skills in MS Office including MS Project. Experience with Primavera and wInsight preferred.
TUHP is a licensed co-production program which will enable prime contractor Turkish Aerospace Industries, Inc. (TAI) and other Turkish Industry partners to manufacture and assemble the T-70 Turkish Utility Helicopter based on the S-70i International BLACK HAWK for various branches of the Turkish Military and for export to Sikorsky

reports to Director of Enterprise Program Management with Matrix Reporting to TUHP Program Director. Position is based with TUHP Program and day-day direction provided by TUHP Program Director.
15% international travel.
