. This opportunity is a very long term contingent position fulltime days. We are looking to interview and get someone started as soon as possible.
This is a Technician level position. Qualified candidates need to have at least 2
years of applicable on the job work experience in addition to any education/certifications.

Network Technician
Responsibilities:
In this role you will support a Lab/Server Farm environment with implementation, configuration, maintaining and managing the network. Duties will vary but candidates should meet the minimum requirements listed below to qualify. Excellent opportunity for someone who has the skills and capabilities to do the required tasks to work on-site for one of the biggest IT companies in the industry.
Job Requirements
Network Technician Position
Qualifications:
Technical Degree and Network Certifications a plus
Must have experience programming switches
Experience with Extreme Network hardware is ideal; Cisco would work
Experience and working knowledge doing IP KVM configuration
Excellent understanding of Networking; particularly Ethernet
Cable termination and cable management background
Should have some Testing and Development background
Understanding and working knowledge of Windows O/S, ESX/VMware and Virtualization
