Process Technician Engineering and Architecture Process Technician Immediate opening at our Keno facility for a person who can perform the following: Maintain and troubleshoot all Production PLC 's, database systems, control networks , instrumentation, and electrical systems Provide assistance to maintenance modifications and improvements as needed Systemic change control on PLC programs Backup MES data, automation application program, system/device/instrument configuration Perform calibration of instruments Data Reporting Schedule and perform all condition based and preventative maintenance work in alignment with manufacturing schedules and requirements Coordinate system checks with line maintenance personnel Analyze line performance data from various systems and provide improvement based on findings and analysis The successful candidate will demonstrate: Familiarity with basic machinery (pumps, plumbing, power trains, dryers, etc.) their operations and maintenance Basic understanding of biology and chemistry Above average
