Our Client deals in technologically advanced, high performance parts and accessories for
cars
, trucks and
motorcycles
. They have an immediate need for aPart-Time Accounts Payable Clerk. TheAP Clerkwill work two shifts per week from 8am to 4pm. Ideally, this employee will work staggered days such as Monday and Wednesday, or Tuesday and Thursday. This will help ensure that there is ample work for theAP Clerkto do on the scheduled work days. For the right individual, this position does have the potential to turn into a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Bookkeeping
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Collections: send out aging reports via email
Data entry
Invoicing
