Process Development, Failure Analysis, Data Collection/Analysis, Production Wafer Fabrication, Design of experiments, Development of work instructions and process documentation, Identification and procurement of equipment to support process
Minimum 4 yr Engineering degree. Advance degrees preferred.
10 years hands-on experience in semiconductor processing, particularly Dielectric film deposition and RIE. Knowledge in III-V material processing, photolithography, etching, plating, polishing, and/or metallization. This
position
is an engineering level position, NOT a technician position.
The ideal candidate would be the engineer with strong background/knowledge on 6 sigma methodologies (DOE, ANOVA, Fishbone,Statistics.), Continuous Improvement, SPC, CpK.
Candidate should have experience with process optimization in small or large scale production
The ability to work in a cleanroom and office environment
The ability to work with potentially hazardous chemicals
Previous experience with Plasmatherm, (CVD, Etch), Trion, SAMCO equipment will be a plus
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Education Minimum 4 yr Engineering degree. Advance degrees preferred.
