Scheels is currently accepting applications for highly motivated, friendly individuals to work in our service shop. Applicant must be able to provide world class customer service while delivering and setting up equipment in customers' homes. This position requires you to work with bikes, skis, snowboards, exercise equipment, paintball equipment, hockey and ice skates, and many other sports related merchandise requiring
repair
or set up. Scheels service technicians receive comprehensive training to become an expert at the repair of the sporting equipment that we sell. The skills learned will not only help our customers more enjoy their sport, but will be personally rewarding and unique. Strong oral and written communication skills and moderate to heavy lifting are required. Applicants must have night and weekend availability. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
