Seeking experienced, business-savvy people manager, able to stimulate positive energy and a strong work ethic to a dynamic medical specialty practice with operations in the Oakland community of the East Bay.
The applicant must have the following attributes and skills:

Five (+) years experience managing health care office staff required.
Medical / Dental / Vision/401(k) available.
Salary contingent upon experience.

Job Description:
1.
Resolve customer complaints and answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures 2.
Supervise the work of the front and back office team to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
3.
Supervise the work of Registered Oncology Nurses as it pertains to Operations and scheduling to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems.
4.
Guide employees in handling difficult or complex problems and in resolving escalated complaints or disputes from patients, providers and other internal departments 5.
Implement corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.
6.
Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems 7.
Review records and reports and monitor work activities pertaining to activities such as co pays, no show/canceled patients, referrals, charges, incomplete orders, and take corrective action as needed.

Recruit, interview, and select employees 9.
Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff.
10.
Coordinate activities with other supervisory personnel and the marketing department.
11.
Participate in the work of subordinates to facilitate productivity or to overcome difficult aspects of work.
12.
Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
