Job Description:
This position is for local residents only.
We have an immediate opening for a Receptionist at our Corporate Headquarters.
The Receptionist must be well organized, and handles duties including but not limited to, answering all phone calls into the company, and transferring the calls to the proper employee/department; Greeting our customers and vendors arriving through the main lobby; Light-Moderate data entry is required in order to assist our Export department with administrative tasks such as billing, sending e-mails, preparing courier envelopes, etc.
Job Requirements:
EXPERIENCE :
Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience working as a Receptionist Must be able to multi-task, and work effectively under pressure, yet keep a patient and calm demeanor Familiarity with freight forwarding/logistics is a plus KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word, and Outlook required Basic accounting skills required Excellent written and verbal communication skills required EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
