EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE/INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Harrington Hoists, Inc.

Responsibilities will include:
Provide outstanding, professional customer service in a fast paced customer service department.
Complete extensive training program to learn a complex, technical product line.
Handle orders and quote requests received via phone calls, mail, fax and email.
Follow-up with customer and other departments as necessary to complete order.
Coordinate shipping requests with Warehouse to satisfy order requirements.
Special projects as assigned by manager.
Qualifications include:
Ability to handle large volume of phone calls daily.
Technical and/or mechanical aptitude to learn product line.
Ability to use calculator and learn multiple pricing/discount programs.
Requires outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Excellent phone skills, computer literacy skills and standard office machinery.
Minimum of two years customer service experience working with industrial products.
Possess positive attitude and be highly motivated to succeed.
