Full time apartment manager in Spanish Fork
Looking for a motivated Property Manager for a new and upcoming apartment project in Ogden. The qualified candidate will possess great customer service and leadership skills while ensuring rules and regulations are followed.
In addition to ensuring occupancy and leasing goals are met, the property manager will ensure the financial stability of the community is achieved through creative budgeting and new ideas. Monthly reports including delinquency, renewals, rent increases, LIHTC compliance, market surveys and budget variance will be due at various deadlines throughout the month.
Criminal background, drug testing and Everify.
