Administrative Assistant/Office Manager
We are seeking an amazing Rock Star administrative assistant. The right candidate will be extremely organized yet versatile with the ability to learn new skills as our organization continues to grow. Primary duties will consist of assisting an Entrepreneur in all things regarding the management and growth of his three businesses. This is NOT a typical office job as duties will range from office organization to following up and assisting the owner in all his activities as owner. Seeking a go getter with a desire to play a key role in helping us grow our small 50 year, 9 year, and new businesses. Hours are 9 am to 3 pm with some flexibility and the occasional opportunity to work form home.
-Ability to multi-task and be very organized
-Positive Attitude, honest, forthright
-Effective and focused even when working alone
-Problem Solver
-Self Starter
-Desire to learn new things and find innovative solutions
-Competent with computers, internet
-High ability with MS Word, Excel
-Experience using Social Media
-Typing speed +40 WPM preferred
-Superior Time management and organization skills
-Work independently while being effective with honesty and integrity
-Have own transportation
-Be able to work 9am to 3pm weekdays
