Loan Officer
United Military Mortgage is a fast growing nation wide mortgage company based in Utah.
We are currently hiring a select few mortgage loan officers who are specifically experienced with handling Purchases for VA/FHA and Conventional programs.
We offer an aggressive commission scale plus salary. If you want to make enough money to pay more than just the bills, we are the company for you. We make the phones ring and will fill your inbox with emails from interested buyers. No cold calling is needed.
We will also pay to help you become licensed in 5 additional states.
Certification:
Must currently hold an active Utah mortgage license
Experience:
2-3 years of mortgage experience with purchases
Knowledge:
Know how to determine credit worthiness, clearly explain loan programs, be familiar with processing and underwriting guidelines, familiarity with Encompass and DU/LP preferred
Skills/Abilities:
Excellent with follow up and managing pipelines, proficient in overcoming concerns and rebuttals, high-achiever and dedicated to succeeding.basically someone who wants bragging rights every month of being #1 in the company
