Tray Pack Lead will be responsible for all activities involved in tray packing, tray pack preparation, trayless pack and marination.
First Processing Lead will be responsible for all activities involved in 1st Processing; Live Receiving, and Evisceration.
Quality Assurance Lead will oversee food safety systems along with quality programs, policies, procedures and processes that are designed and necessary to ensure food safe products comply with government regulations and adhere to quality standards and specifications.
Requirements include:
Ensuring a safe, well-organized, efficient operation with minimum downtime Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills Good judgment and problem resolution skills Proficient computer skills Compensation is based on experience.
