Dietary Supervisor needed for Award Winning SNF (Draper, UT)
Draper Rehabilitation and Nursing, an Award Winning SNF, is looking for a team oriented Director of Dietary Services.
We have a fantastic team in the kitchen and we are looking for a great leader who can inspire and encourage excellence in the dietary department.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our residents and patients get hot, tasty, and nutritious food according to state and federal regulations. You will be meeting with residents to determine their likes and dislikes, in conjunction with the dietician help create their plan of care, and work with the clinicians to review weight loss of any residents. You will be responsible for working and ordering within a budget for all expenses including labor.
We are looking for someone who will enjoy working along side of their staff. You will be cooking and helping out as the kitchen load requires it.
We prefer someone with SNF experience, but it is not required.

15-20/Hr depending on experience and track record
-Food Safe certification
-Experience either in working in a SNF food service environment or Mangement experience. We prefer both.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
