Bilingual Loan Processor to float between our Roy and Syracuse locations
This position assists customers in meeting their short-term financial needs through strong Customer Service. The Loan Processor works each stage of the loan process, from explaining the process to customers, to answering questions about outstanding loans, and also collecting payments. In addition, the Loan Processors are encouraged to attract new customers always articulating the DLC Advantage over it's competitors.
Skills and Experience Required and Recommended:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
Computer literate and Familiar with basic office equipment.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in areas such as sales, lending, cash handling and collections is an advantage but not a requirement.
English and Spanish REQUIRED.
Have reliable transportation.
Satisfactorily pass a background check.
Must be available to work any shift between 9-7 M-F and Saturdays 9-4.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
