Customer Service Representative

Younique (www.youniqueproducts.com) is a local cosmetics company that is growing very fast and is now expanding our Customer Service department. Representatives will interact with Independent Presenters in the US, Canada, as well as in the UK and Australia shortly.
Our reps need to be able to assist in the following areas:
Comp plan questions
Shipping changes or questions
Technical support
General account questions
All other customer service
Ideal candidates have the following skills and
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
Type at least 35 WPM
A good track record (and references who can vouch) of consistency, work ethic, and a good attitude
Must be able to work a 5 hour shift Monday-Friday, and at least one Saturday per month. Shift positions start at 8 am, 1 pm, and 6 pm.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
