WORKING FOREMAN The Town of Adams is currently accepting applications for the full time position of Working Foreman in the DPW Department, Step 1.
Works under the general supervision of the Director of Public Works or his designee.
Performs duties of a routine and varied nature requiring judgment in the assignment of personnel and work priorities within policy guidelines, as well as in the operation and maintenance of a variety of public works equipment.
High school graduation or equivalent; five years of experience in Public Works operations; or two years of supervisory experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Class B, CDL, and Class 2-B Hoisting Engineer license required.
A certification in National Incident Management System (NIMS) is also required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
