Trainee Reproductive Biology Technician

Entry Level Career Position in Human Reproductive Medicine Laboratory Available
The successful applicant will be trained initially to perform semen analyses, semen preparation for insemination and to perform biochemical and immunological assays for infertile couples.
The position starts at $35,000 per year and there will be salary increases as the successful candidate is able to perform techniques independently. This position offers medical, dental, benefits, a uniform allowance and participates in a 401K work plan.
It is planned that this position will lead to further training in clinical human embryology.
The position also requires participation in after hours, holiday and weekend work, as the human reproductive medicine laboratory offers seven days a week service to its patients.
The successful candidate will be required to work primarily at our Pleasant Grove laboratory but will also work at our Murray office on a part-time basis.
This position is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to start a career in the exciting and growing field of reproductive medicine. Upon completion of training the candidate will be able to sit for the ABB certification exam in andrology and embryology.
Utah Fertility Center is seeking a recent graduate with a 4 year bachelors degree in the life sciences ideally biology.
This position requires the following personality traits: great attention to detail; the ability to follow established protocols precisely; excellent communication skills; the ability to work as part of a team and excellent fine motor skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
