High School Tutor

I have a project I need help with,
I am at a crossroad in life, I have a decision to make regarding the education of my son, that will effect the rest of his life.
I have a very narrow window in which to make the right decision and move forward.
My 15 year old (10th grade) son is not going to graduate high school without some very focused involvement in his education.
I need help in changing his study habits and developing good routines.
He was homeschooled until the 9th grade, and has failed in the public system,
this is not a dumb person, when he was 7 years old, he read each of the Harry Potter books in one week.
I just can't get him focused on his school work.
I have had numerous discussions with him, he is receptive to needing help.
we are just about to start the second half of his 10th grade year.
with almost '0' credits.
he understands he will have to do packets and summer school.
I need someone who is willing to come to our home for 2 hours per day, 3-4 days per week.
potentially for the next 2 and a half years.
along with completing his school work,
I am looking for someone who can challenge his writing skills, typing skills, handwriting skills and boost his confidence in math.
I'm not looking for him to 'just graduate'. I need help in building a complete student.
he is a good boy.
and I have worked hard to help him to understand how his efforts today will impact the rest of his life.
I thank You for your interest,
We live in Farmington,
we have room that we can dedicate to the studies.
I think the best time would be immediately after school. (3pm ish.)
3-4 days per week,
again, I want him to be challenged. He responds well to challenges, and to the instruction of others.
as a bargaining tool, I have withheld the opportunity to get a driver's license, but will offer the privilege, upon achievement.
I hope this won't be the motivating incentive,
but I would like to offer a financial reward to the person who stays committed to his success and helps him to graduate in 2016
Thank You for your interest.
Prefer formal teaching experience on the high school level,
Someone who appreciates traditional values, personal skills and creativity.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
