MetaSource, LLC. is seeking detail-oriented upbeat professionals with strong bi-lingual communication skills to join our Synapse Customer Service team located in our Draper, UT Contact Center. Working hours for this position are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. -- 3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. -- 4:30 p.m.
Duties include assisting customers with their magazine subscriptions via email, telephone, and case management systems. Success on this program will require self-motivated, detail oriented individuals with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, and dedication to high quality work.

Primary Responsibilities
Assist customers in English and Spanish via phone, email, and case management system (salesforce).
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using various computer systems.
Update customer and order systems with accurate notations.
Document transactions and keep accurate account of tasks and activities.
Requirements:
Must be able to type 40 words per minute
Self motivated, able to work independently
Logical, with excellent problems solving skills
Attention to detail and high quality of work
Excellent written communications (grammar, punctuation)
Excellent organizational skills (multi-tasking)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience a plus (but not required)
Bi-lingual (Spanish)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
