Customer Service Representative (Korean Speaking)
Cloudberry Nutritionals is a young, dynamic Network Marketing Company located in Pleasant Grove, Utah. With a unique, health-oriented product line and an aggressive global expansion model we have been able to expand into more than a dozen countries in our first 18 months of business. We are currently looking for a dynamic and dependable individual who is proactive, positive, and driven to help our customers. The successful applicant must be fluent and able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in Korean and in English. Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and providing support via telephone and email communications with our customers/distributors. Previous Customer Service experience preferred but not a necessity. Knowledge of Network Marketing a definite plus.
