Maintenance Tech
PART TIME Maintenance Tech in TOOELE. 20 hours weekly during the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Mon-Fri. Must have minimum of 2 years experience. Work well and communicate with residents, staff and vendors. Must have own tools and reliable transportation. Able to work independently. Will be on-call for after hours - though not there are not many after hour calls.
Responsibilities:
Electrical: install fixtures, disposals, replace switches/outlets,
Plumbing: install faucets, replace supply/drain lines, clear drains/toilets, replace toilet when needed.
Drywalll repairs/paint/touch ups.
Available for on call emergencies.
Turn vacant apts around very quickly.
Complete work orders in timely and prioritized manner.
Swamp cooler maint to include floats, pads, etc.
Obtain bids from vendors
work with manager on property needs.
