We are recruiting Business Developers with strong hunting skills to join our team as Blueroof360 continues to expand in the market. This is a base-plus commission position which offers a great work environment, strong leadership and training in our corporate office in Draper. This position offers significant earning potential - with a short sales cycle.

Duties /
Responsibilities:
Cold calling / Lead generation activity
Scheduling and conducting webinar demonstrations
Tracking leads via CRM database and Microsoft Excel
Discovery from prospects
Qualification assessment
Achieving minimum performance quotas
Acts with self-direction to research and enhance prospect data
Communicates to all levels of an organization internally and within the target companies
Closing deals, processing agreements
Skills /
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Listens actively and able to multi-task
Builds strong relationships
Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
Understands and communicates Blueroof360 service offerings to prospects
Navigates corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
Operates comfortably in a self-directed environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Education /
Experience:
Minimum 1 year previous sales experience
A general understanding of internet marketing
Real estate industry experience is helpful, but not required
Website/CRM sales experience is helpful, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Workplace Requirements:
Works in a casual, cubicle office environment using phone/computer
Monday through Friday 9-5pm
Located in Draper, UT
Measurement and Compensation:
The Business Development Associate's compensation is comprised of an annual base of $12K plus 20% commissions and residual compensation based on performance.
