Maintenance Technician and Grounds Keeper
We are looking to hire for three separate positions a maintenance tech and a grounds keeper for a large apartments property in the Ogden aria and a maintenance person in the Salt Lake area.
Plumbing, electrical, painting, and cleaning, helping with snow removal and making sure the property looks at its best everyday are just some of the daily tasks.
Monday through Friday 9-5pm and on call with rotating emergency calls
Minimum of 2 years maintenance experience
Must be able to work independently and a self starter. Must work well in a team and fallow directions.
We do a full drug test, criminal background
