DIGITAL CAMPAIGN SPECIALIST Prairie Mountain Media is expanding its digital sales team and is seeking a full time Digital Campaign Specialist to support account executives and clients. The Campaign Specialist's role is crucial to ensuring the success of online campaigns from initial implementation to final delivery. The tech savvy individual will also provide troubleshooting/QA support to correct and identify problems with campaigns and ads throughout the lifetime of the campaign. The role includes regular day-to-day communication with Account Executives and Clients to ensure assigned campaigns obtain optimum performance as well as exceed client expectations. This is an integral position within a fast-paced business. It requires self-motivation, enthusiasm, resilience, flexibility and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. The position also requires an analytical and logical thinker with the conviction to meet problems head-on and solve them accurately and quickly.
Responsibilities include:
Implementation and management of digital (search, social, display, mobile) campaigns from start to finish Monitoring multiple campaign executions to ensure campaigns are launching and delivering on schedule and according to client expectations Reviewing ad performance relative to campaign objectives to provide optimization recommendations and increase performance for client Ensuring all booked revenue is recognized while campaign objectives are consistently met or exceeded Identifying, troubleshooting and fixing creative issues Recognizing, analyzing and quickly solving discrepancies between ad platforms Ensuring clients and internal sales teams are receiving exceptional customer service and support Participation in client campaign kick-off calls to outline ad tracking requirements and deliverables Providing Finance team with reporting for monthly billing as well as providing reporting to clients Assisting with various special projects as needed
Qualifications:

years of digital advertising experience with strong knowledge of online advertising, search marketing and/or digital media Experience analyzing online campaign data activity Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills Superior time management and organizational skills as well as the capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines Experience with online ad serving system such as DART Knowledge of 3rd party ad tags (DFA, PointRoll, MediaMind, Flashtalking, etc.) Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Flash, Firebug and Rich Media a huge plus Self-motivated with the ability to work in both a team environment and independently Superior verbal and written communication and customer service skills Flexible, personable attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile Strong desire to learn new skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in an fast-paced, ever changing environment We offer a competitive wage and excellent benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, life/AD&D, short- and long-term disability insurance, and a 401(k) investment savings plan.
