Job Description:
Excellent Excel skills is a must Handle accounts receivable duties including billing, collections & credit memos.
Cash management including but not limited to daily cash & credit card deposits You will interact with our Sales and Customer Service staff to resolve billing issues and deliver customer satisfaction Reduce Days Sales Outstanding & Bad Debt Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
Excellent telephone, organizational, negotiation, and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Successful traits include being a hands-on team player who can multi-task and be detail oriented QUALIFICATIONS; R Required or P Preferred
Experience:
Accounting experience R Transportation experience a plus Education:
AA Degree in Accounting or Higher R Minimum 2 years higher education or suitable transferable business experience P Training:
Training in customer service, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills P PC Skills:
Microsoft Word R Microsoft Excel R Other:
Fluency in English (oral and written) R Fluency in a second language P Compensation:
