Maintenance Supervisor
Federal Building Services -- A national leading employer/provider of contract building services is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a retail shopping center property in Atlantic City. As the Maintenance Supervisor of this shopping center, you must be trained in and possess a working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, Chill Water and Plumbing systems. You must be able to troubleshoot, to the component level, air handlers, lighting and lighting controls, irrigation systems, hydraulic actuators, pumps and pump controls.
