Network Administrator

Part Time Network Administrator - flexible hours (Spanish Fork)
Five Star Franchising requires a part time Computer/Phone/Network Technician for it's corporate office in Spanish Fork, UT.
The main responsibilities will include:
- maintaining PC computers (windows 7 and 8) and ensuring virus scans, windows updates, and general maintenance is performed regularly
- repairing PC's and replacing faulty components (power supplies, mother boards, video cards, heat syncs etc)
- Installing software and drivers
- Troubleshooting and fixing hardware and software issues
- Configuration of Polycom phones connected to cloud based phone system
- Monitoring and improving our internal network
- Setting up Domain controller and managing user accounts
Other skills that would be considered
Benefits:
- Linux backup and maintenance
- VOIP, PBX and phone networking
- Experience with cyberoam firewalls
- Mac OS X
We expect the successful candidate to be able to spend 15 to 20 hours each week on site in our office in Spanish Fork, UT. Hours can be worked evenings or early mornings outside regular business hours, but at least one day will be on site during business hours (8 am to 5 pm).
Compensation:
Hourly rate will be negotiated based on experience but we expect to pay $20 to $25 per hour.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
