Sales Support Administrative Assistant

Responsible for reviewing and monitoring all finished goods customer orders. Check orders for accuracy, updating as needed and forwarding information to departments within the company to satisfy customer orders. Assist in the management of finished goods, filling customer orders from stock, creating stock orders to be built and updating information regarding on hand inventory. Become the expert in the creation, maintenance and administration of customer orders in the ERP system. Must be a great communicator with excellent customer service skills and ability to keep accurate and timely records and documentation. Must be able to operate computer software programs and previous experience with Microsoft programs.
