Executive Assistant

HzO has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant job to serve as the primary day-to-day board of director's liaison and provide administrative support to the Executive Chairman and other high level executives. To be considered for this position you must have at least 10 years minimum experience providing administrative support to senior executives and to boards of directors and skilled at performing clerical work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements for the Executive Assistant Job:
Associates degree or 10 years administrative work experience
Skill at dealing effectively with internal and external contacts at all level
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through to achieve goals
High Proficiency with computer programs including Windows, Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Proficient in grammar, spelling, copyediting and proofreading
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Research
Collect, assemble and provided professional finished version of meeting presentations, videos and all other information necessary to conduct the meetings.
Maintain mailing lists, business cards
Perform high level administrative work
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting registrations
Maintains filing system for ready retrieval and historic tracking

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
